摘要

By using an optical field measurement system taken account of a Pockels effect, we have succeeded to simultaneously measure both charge densities and charge distributions produced due to the surface discharge development. By using a visualization quantification technique and a high-speed-diveo- camera (HVC), it is possible to precisely measure the surface charge distribution. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of surface charge distributions on a BSO crystal is mainly reported.
