摘要

Non-thermal plasma process has been developed for the treatment of exhaust gas. In this paper, we describe the experimental results of NOx reduction in the exhaust gas from a 20kVA diesel engine using dielectric barrier discharge. A multipoint-to-plane geometry was used as electrodes to lower the operating voltage. A power supply used is mainly composed of rectifier circuits, IGBT and pulse transformers. An output pulses of 10kV can be generated at 2.5kpps (pulses per seconds).
