摘要

Polymer materials have excellent dielectric and insulation properties, but those properties in AC high-field region are not known well. Especially they are important that those properties change in AC high-field region near breakdown, the changes relate to diagnosis of degradation and to prediction of breakdown. AC dissipation current flowing through the polymer material includes information due to high-field dielectric properties. Recently we developed the evaluating method of AC high-field dielectric properties of every one cycle of electric field application by using capacitance bridge for AC dissipation current measuring technique.
