Application of Linear Silicone Chains to a Heat Resistive Coupling Agent for Crashed Glass-Polyamideimide Composite

摘要

Linear silicone chains synthesized from dimethylide thoxysilane are applied to a heat resistive coupling agent in polyamideimide (PAI) composite containing rashed glass. The silicone chains have an effect on improving glass-PAI adhesion. It is concluded that silicone chains serve as a heat resistive coupling agent.
