摘要

The numerical simulations for predicting the operation noise of three-phase low voltage and heavy current busbar bridge under electromagnetic force are described. A 3D FEM structural model and a 3D acoustic model based on boundary element method (BEM) are developed. The vibro-acoustic characteristics of the system are calculated according to the natural frequencies and the mode shapes. The calculated results are compared with the measured ones and that shows the effectiveness of the simulation models and methods. Based on the analysis, several feasible structure modifications are proposed to control the noise. Results show that these methods can reduce the noise effectively.
