Investing in Educational Success

Building the successful, qualified, and diverse workforce of tomorrow requires investments in today's students. The Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD) is focused on building pathways into the energy industry for youth, military, women, and transitioning adults, and education is a central focus for CEWD and its members. Enabling youth to pursue higher education—a lifelong dream for many and a door opener for many industry careers—is a major component of the work CEWD and our members are doing to help tomorrow's leaders embrace our industry's career opportunities.
