The MAX9515 is said to be the industry's smallest, lowest pin-count video filter amplifier for standard-definition (SD) video connections from portable devices to TVs, Packaged in a 1×1mm, 4-bump UCSP, the Maxim Integrated Products device features the Company's proprietary SmartSleep technology, which reduces current consumption to 5 microamps in shutdown mode. This amplifier is ideal for low-power, space-constrained portable applications-such as cellphones, digital still/video cameras, and portable media players - that require a video output to a SDTV.
