Complex Aluminum Salt Slag Processing with Complete Recycling of the Formed Wastes

Processes of the salt aluminum slag formation during melting scrap and rejects in rotary drum furnaces, behaviour of main metal oxides (Cu, Zn, Pb, Mn, Ni, Co, Mg, Ca, Sn) in molten bath and transfer of these metals in aluminum alloys have been investigated. Physical, chemical and ecological properties of this slag have been determined. The salt aluminum slag does not cause the irritation of mucous membrane and skin and mutation of living organisms.
