The influence of new coagulants KES-7 of modifications 2/3 HOCA and 5/6 HOCA on the purification of the surface water of various water pools up to the drinking quality has been investigated. An advantage of the coagulant in comparison with aluminum sulfate has been shown. The amount of coagulant KES-7 can be reduced 1.5-3 times without loss of the purification efficiency.
