Rotation angle sensor produces linear signal voltages over 360 degrees

Elweco is offering a new rotation angle sensor that produces linear signal voltages over a full operating of 360°. These come in three packages that fit into standard servo-mount and potentiometer locations so that special mountings need not be made to fit into systems. The background shows the response common to three standard configurations. Counter-clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft end produces two simultaneous signals of equal and opposite slopes so that either signal may be selected.
