Affascinato dall'architettura e dalle sue possibili alterazioni, l'artista spagnolo lavora sullo spazio, agendo per esempio su batteri, muffe, cellule, temperature e odori. Il suo ultimo lavoro, Marte in Gaia e Cos'imo vs sotto il monte Sinai, Parascha passo 32, è però ancora più radicale. È una metamorfosi dello spazio in più tappe: ogni volta che viene realizzata l'opera inizia un nuovo percorso, ma porta anche con sé i residui della precedente installazione. Nel 2007 alla Galleria Zero di Milano, che di lì a poco si sarebbe trasferita nella nuova sede, l'artista ha usato il violento getto d'aria e sabbia di due grandi compressori contro le pareti, riducendole così in sabbia e polvere.%Fascinated by architecture and its possible alteration, the Spanish artist works with space as if it were a Living being, using bacteria, mould, cells, temperatures and odours. But his latest work, Marie in Gala e Cosimo vs sotto il monte Sinai, Parascha passo 32, is even more radical. It is a metamorphosis of space in various stages. Each time it is set up, the work follows a new path while carrying the residues of the previous installation. In 2007 at the Galleria Zero in Milan, soon before it was due to transfer to its new location, the artist used two large compressors to direct a violent blast of air and sand against the walls, reducing them to sand and dust.
