The building stands on a small plot overlooking a bend in the River Piave Vecchia, surrounded by talltrees. It is surrounded by private gardens, cultivated farmland, river landing places... the features of a natural landscape that has now become one with the great city that today is the province of Veneto.rnThe building's layout and elevations were strictly based on the need for large masses that complied with thernconstraints imposed by boundary distances, site lines and maximum heights, while the section had to provide all the apartments with a view of the river.
