The Ciboh project was born out of our desire to experiment with food. We're not chefs but designers who like to play and eat. Our design approach to food always follows highly unorthodox paths. We see food as construction material and we are interested in its technical and mechanical characteristics. Like an architect uses an engineer, we consult chefs and delight in alchemic experiments in culinary chemistry to study ephemeral construction modules that are delicious, aromatic and organic.
