EPEA (Environmental Protection Encouragement Agency) is a research and consultancy institute based in Hamburg. It was founded by Michael Braungart, who developed the Cradle-to-Cradle design concept that is followed at EPEA: to design every product so that at the end of its life cycle the component materials become new resources.
