Deveioped in the heart of the new Rives de Seine district, the project by a French office reinvents a site with an industrial past, creating a weave of vegetation and water that links city river, raising eco-awareness. Beads of gravel, islets, marshes and basins feature in a new riverscape that changes with differing levels of the Seine.
