WANTED, VIRTUOUS BUILDINGS

Wth the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Arup and the Dutch construction company BAM jointly wrote the report Circular Business Models for the Built Environment (2017), published by Arup. The ingredients of the circular model are durable materials; new technology and production models; and increased collaboration during construction. All together, they converge to maintain buildings' value; decrease the consumption of materials; and optimise the life cycle of waste.
