On the accompanying set in optimal control problems

We consider an optimal control problem with fixed initial condition and with a terminal set that is specified by finitely many nonlinear inequalities and equations. The terminal time of the control process is fixed. We obtain an effective description of the set of parameters compatible with the statement of the Pontryagin maximum principle. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
