Civil Engineers back ICE s call for Chief Engineer

A new survey, carried out by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), demonstrates that over 75 percent of members back ICE's call for an independent Chief Engineering Adviser. The study, due to be released at this month's ICE Presidential Conference, polled a large number of ICE members and reaffirms the need for a position within government that will represent a profession vital to the well-being of the country.
