Feature articles Encouraging innovation in small and medium sized businesses: learning matters

The research team[1] of the Management Department at Kodolanyi Janos University of Applied Sciences completed comprehensive research into the innovation achievements and learning orientations of Hungarian small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in 2010-2011. The purpose was to find out whether any relationship can be found among learning orientation, learning culture in general and innovation achievements in these businesses.
