The Role of Psychological Stress on the Performance of the Social Workers Working in the Hope Complexes of Mental Health in Northern Borders
The study aimed to know the role of psychological stress in the performance of social workers in Al-Amal mental health complexes in the northern border region. In order to achieve this goal, a two-part questionnaire was designed. The first part included demographic and social information, while the second part formed of five axes (anxiety Depression, mental health, handicaps and the role of mental health management). The sample consisted of eighty-five subjects. The results of the study showed the following: - There are statistically significant differences according to the effect of social pressures, according to the family's support among social workers at Al-Amal Complex for Mental Health in the northern region. - There are statistically significant differences according to the effect of economic pressures according to the income level of the social workers in Al-Amal Complex for Mental Health in the northern region. - There are statistically significant differences according to the effect of psychological stress on social workers in Al-Amal Complex for Mental Health in the northern region, according to psychological rigidity.
