摘要

The discourses within the heritage field of the last decade come from authors who have worked on new notions and reflections on the cultural landscape as heritage. The article seeks to publicize new contemporary approaches. The search for bibliographic documents was carried out with a methodology in correspondence with the theoretical foundations, in the planning of the way in which the research will be carried out, in addition to the techniques and instruments that will be used in data collection, which contribute to the effective treatment of information, to be applied in the interpretation of the cultural landscape of the southern peoples, Mérida, Venezuela.
