Factors of Influence in the Choice of a Higher Education Specialization in Romania

摘要

The purpose of the paper is to identify the factors underlying the choice of a higher education specialization in Romania. Identifying these factors is necessary in order to analyze the market trends of the educational services and to offer some solutions to employers facing problems in recruiting specialist staff. This paper will present the results of a market study conducted on a sample of a first-year students from a technical specialization in Romania, these factors influencing the choice of a higher education specialization in Romania.
