New restriction endonucleases from Acetobacter aceti and Bacillus aneurinolyticus

Two restriction endonucleases with new sequence specificities have been isolated from Acetobacter aceti IFO 3281 and Bacillus aneurinolyticus IAM 1077 and named AatII and BanII, respectively.
