The article is devoted to research of possibility of monitoring (measurement and control) of picosatellites relative motion parameters during constellation. The paper considers the case when each satellite has its own orbit. It is necessary to calculate such initial orbits to maintain the shape of constellation which will be similar to square. The main task of this paper is to solve the problem of the maintaining the shape of the constellation with minimum consumption of the fuel. . Laser and optical system can be used to improve the accuracy of navigation system of such satellites.
