摘要

In principle of being scientific, simple and systematic, an index system for assessing the information system of emergency logistics was established concerning its fuzziness and quick response; and considering that it is hard to quantify the weight and index attributes, an evaluation model for information system of emergency logistics based on hybrid multi-attribute was put forward, which was verified in terms of its scientificity and practicability in an example. Results show that the evaluation method is applicable in many construction plans of emergency logistics information system in the condition of emergency fuzziness, which means the weight of index cannot exactly determine or evaluate the value of index attribute, thus, improving the previous evaluations where lots of time were spent qualifying index value and determining weight.
