under the new market economy and social environment, the state-owned enterprises are facing more and more severe pressures of competition. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the personnel training and human resource management of state-owned enterprises. Based on the meta-analysis method, a statistical analysis of the empirical literatures about the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention of the new generation employees of state-owned enterprises in recent years was made in this paper. Through the analysis of Revman 5.0 statistical software, it can be seen that there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, and seven dimensions of job satisfaction proposed in this paper have different influences on turnover intention. In addition, compared with the influence of Western cultural background, the influence of Chinese cultural background on the turnover intention of employees is more prominent.
