To reveal the player’s relationships in a dual-channel supply chain, this paper uses an evolutionary model to analyze a fresh agricultural product supply chain. It analyzes the relationships between suppliers and retailers in a fresh agricultural product supply chain and establishes an evolutionary game model. The paper analyzes the stability of the evolutionary game model and gives the qualitative analysis results. It shows the influencing factors on the strategies in the supply chain coordination; for example, with an increase in risk, the supply chain will tend to be less cooperative. Moreover, when the revenue-sharing contract parameters and freshness satisfy certain conditions, then the supply chain will tend to be more cooperative. Finally, a numeric example is used to verify the conclusions. The evolutionary game model helps the suppliers and the retailers of fresh products to minimize the double marginal effect, and it effectively improves the cooperation stability of the supply chain.
