In the background of economic globalization, almost all cities in China are in the stage of cyclic development that stable rises in the tide of globalization. As exchange activities between various cities and outside world become more and more frequent, various cities and adjacent cities are mutual connected and further generate a kind of new pattern urban agglomeration. It lets China various regions economy to develop in the unit of urban agglomeration, and skip ahead with overall comprehensive improvement. The paper carries out numerical analysis of the effect of economic globalization on various provinces in China, gets that coastal cities annual average salary from 1995 to 2010 is obvious higher than that of inland cities, and both coastal cities and inland cities’ average salary from 2000 to 2005 are growing faster. Under the circumstance of economic globalization, it also forms into several large rapid economic developing urban agglomeration, including central Liaoning urban agglomeration, Haerbin-Daqing-Changchun urban agglomeration, circum-Bohai-Sea urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, almost all center on southeast coastal cities, which is also one of important causes that lead to imbalance development between East China and West China..
