Application of fixed stop function in the adaptive tailstock servo control

This paper introduces the application of SINUMERIK 840D sl in the lathe. It focuses on the realization of rapid clamping through the adaptive tailstock servo control by using functions travel to fix stop with force control, ASUP and Easy Screen. Implement adaptive servo motor control on the top of the tail, to accomplish the fast clamping and accurate positioning of the crankshaft.
