摘要

With the rapid development of medical imaging technology, computer graphics and visualization technology, virtual reality technology appeared. As an important application of virtual reality in the field of medicine, virtual surgery can calculate the distribution of tissue deformation and stress under the influence of external force through the algorithm and send it back to the operator through vision or sensory in order to bring real experience. Because the anatomy of the nasopharynx is complex, its virtual surgery simulation is a difficult problem in the field. On the basis of the nasopharyngeal 3D model which is obtained by the accurate segmentation and 3D reconstruction, the main work of the study includes choosing suitable unit, assigning different biological material attributes to different areas of the nasopharyngeal model, dividing meshes by the finite element method, applying the force load to different meshes and obtaining the distribution of deformation and stress under the influence of external force. Virtual surgery of nasopharynx has important clinical significance.
