The Improved Case-Based Reasoning Similarity Algorithm and its Application in Regional Financial Innovation Ability Evaluation

摘要

The present article improves the case-based reasoning similarity algorithm aimed at the bounded rationality in the process of estimating similarity and proposes a similarity algorithm based on a distance threshold. The improved similarity algorithm is used in the case-based reasoning evaluation model of regional financial innovation ability. The similarity between reference financial innovation ability evaluation indicators and actual financial innovation ability indicators of Hubei province in 10 years (from 2005 to 2014) is calculated with the evaluation model. The result shows the development of the financial innovation ability of Hubei province.
