Pressure Drop Characteristics in NO2 Assisted Regeneration Process of Continuous Regeneration-Diesel Particulate Filter

摘要

Taking Continuous Regeneration-Diesel Particulate Filter (CR-DPF) as the research objective, the one-dimensional mathematical model of the NO2 assisted thermal-regeneration was developed and verified by experiments as well as numerically solved. Furthermore, the influence of pressure drop characteristics in assisted regeneration process of CR-DPF resulting from exhaust airflow and filter structure was also analyzed and researched in this paper. The results showed that:(1) The pressure drop would be decreased by appropriately increasing air displacement at low air displacement;(2) The pressure drop would be increased as increasing temperature and NO2 concentration in exhaust airflow;(3) The pressure drop would be markedly reduced.as increasing NO2 and O2 concentration in exhaust airflow.
