摘要

The effective supply of agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural science and technology resources has become the driving force of modern agricultural development, agricultural science and technology resources are essential to improve the level of innovation output. In this paper, a static and dynamic panel model is used, and 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China are taken as samples of an empirical research, obtaining the results of a static and dynamic evaluation of agricultural science and technology resources on the level of agricultural science and technology innovation in the provinces and regions from 2004 to 2014, the results show that: in a static perspective, agricultural science and technology resources have a significant impact on agricultural science and technology innovation, human resources, financial resources and material resources are positively related to agricultural science and technology innovation, in which human resources and financial resources have a greater impact, while material resources and information resources have a smaller impact. In a dynamic perspective, the impact of factors of agricultural science and technology resources on agricultural science and technology innovation is not significant, agricultural science and technology innovation is mainly affected by the early output, the impact factor is as high as 0.67 or more.
