摘要

Product reputation is the basis of enterprise reputation. The evaluation of enterprise product reputation plays a guiding role in strengthening enterprise management and risk prevention and control. By establishing the evaluation index system of enterprise product reputation and combining grey theory with fuzzy analysis method to evaluate enterprise product reputation, the evaluation of enterprise product reputation could be more objectively and comprehensively. Experts’ knowledge and experience could be effectively used to overcome subjective dependence and reduce the evaluation error rate caused by subjective factors. At the same time, the dynamic characteristics of enterprise product reputation could be reflected, which had certain practical significance for enterprises to master, manage and improve product reputation.
