摘要

It is considered new approaches of planning educational resources for forming critical thought in the context of world financial and economic crisis. The special attention is spared for the problem of high-quality education. It is considered the concept of trilateral mission of education - teaching, research and public activity. Directions of forming social responsibility of man are resulted. The universal forms of relations of timber-toe by society are recommended, which conditioned the features of process of forming critical thought. The structural modules, which help to discover and estimate failings, define the subsequent aims of development of personality, analyse terms and understand reasons, define and present the system of necessary transformations, are shown. It is marked that high-quality education is instrumental in understanding, openness, solidarity and responsibility.
