The analysis of the model trainings programs of different orientation is conducted taking into account the morphological and functional indexes of sportsman. The ways of optimization of training process are certain. In their basis the use of possibilities is fixed perspective scientifically-methodical developments in area of preparation, control and correction of the functional state of organism of sportsmen. Pictures are formed of general conformities to law and individual typological changes of processes adaptation of organism. Directions the correction of the training program of preparation are rotined.
