In the article questions are examined in relation to the features of lead through of sporting set of children in child-youth sporting schools with the purpose of preparation of highly skilled sportsmen. Analyzed most essential socially-economic factors and criteria of set of children in sporting schools. The ways of perfection of process of sporting set and orientation of talented children are certain in relation to regular employments by sport in child-youth sporting schools. The sports set is original successful "first step" for mass motivation to employment by different kinds of the sports, creating preconditions for successful sports perfection.
