This study proposes to develop a suitable, economical, ecological method for lowtech biotechnological procedures, to improve the Drosera and Cymbidium in vitro growth, conservation and its adaptability to ex vitro. The solution which has been found was to change distilledwater (DW) with deuterium depleted water (DDW) (with 25 ppm deuterium) for culture mediumpreparation and/or replaced sucrose with honey, in a single solid layer or in double system layer.Phytoinoculs viability was kipped. Double layer system, in which solid layer was preparedwith DW and sucrose 30g/l and after that was added DDW, as supernatant (V4), wasthe best treatment for biomass growth and assimilating pigments quantity, for bothspecies.
