The importance and the role played by information technologies in the life of the present time cannot be denied. Theinteractive multimedia material gives diversity of teaching methods to make learning sessions more interesting, effective andmotivated. Therefore, I-Ledger software was developed to add a collection of interactive multimedia materials for Accounting course.The study was carried out to obtain their acceptance of the software Ielements with skills enhancement. A total of 57 first semester Diploma of Accountancy students in Polytechnic Mukah, Sarawakthe Fundamentals of Accounting course was chosen to answer the questionnaire provided. Data were analyzed in terms of frequencyand percent using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 21.0). Results showed that students have a positive pafter used I-Ledger software. They agreed that this software is helpful in the process of teaching and learning. The study also showsthat there is a significant relationship between interactive elements and enhancement skills. There is a positive and moderatrelationship between interactive elements and enhancement skills.
