Abstract:Objective To explore effective nursing after the laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 30 laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional nursing, and observation group was given postoperative comprehensive nursing. Postoperative recovery, pain, complications and negative emotions were compared. Results Postoperative exhaust time, ambulation time, abdominal cavity flow, length of hospital stay and VAS pain, anxiety, SAS, SDS scores and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing after laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy can improve postoperative recovery, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
