Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing mode on the improvement of pulmonary infection in patients with bronchoalveolar sputum suction lavage. Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given holistic nursing mode. The therapeutic effect and psychological state were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing mode can improve curative effect and alleviate the negative emotions of patients.
