综合护理对下肢急性缺血性疾病患者溶栓治疗效果及安全性的影响

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing on thrombolytic efficacy and safety in patients with acute lower limb ischemic disease. Methods A total of 64 patients with acute lower limb ischemic disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with standard thrombolytic therapy, the control group was given routine nursing; and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The efficacy was observed in two groups, and recovery time of lower limb circumference, improvement time of skin color, length of hospital stay and    incidence rates of reperfusion injury, renal dysfunction, heart failure and muscle compartment syndrome were recorded. Results After treatment, all patients finished treatment successfully, and there was no death case. The effective rates of control group and observation group were 90.62% and 93.75% respectively, and there was no significant difference (P＞0.05). In the observation group, recovery time of lower limb circumference, improvement time of skin color and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group, and incidence rates of reperfusion injury and renal dysfunction were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute lower extremity ischemia, shorten the course of disease, reduce complications and improve the safety of treatment.
