Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in a combination of individuality and general character for patients with hemiplegia after stroke at stage of rehabilitation. Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke at stage of rehabilitation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological nursing in a combination of individuality and general character. The score of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were compared between two groups. Results The HAMD and HAMA were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and were lower in the observation group than those of controls, with significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion The psychological nursing in a combination of individuality and general character has a good effect in relieving negative emotion of patients with hemiplegia after stroke at stage of rehabilitation.
