Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of evidencebased nursing on professional skills and practice quality of practice nurses in emergency department. Methods A total of 70 practice nurses in the emergency department were selected as study subjects. According to the order of registration, the nurses were divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given evidencebased nursing mode teaching while the control group was given traditional mode teaching. The changes of professional skills and practice quality before and after teaching were observed in both groups. Results After practice, the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were (92.24±4.12) and (87.96±5.32) points, which were significantly higher than those before practice and those after practice in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of practice in the observation group was 88.57%, which was significantly higher than 68.57% in the control group (P<0.05).
