Abstract：Objective To explore the influence effects of acupuncture combined with infrared radiation therapy on pain symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 146 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to admission number of dual and singular. The control group was given drug treatment while the observation group was treated with infrared irradiation combined with acupuncture. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in lumbago pain score between two groups before treatment (P0.05); After treatment, compared with the control group, the lumbago score in the observation group was significantly decreased (P0.05); There was significant difference in clinical efficacy of two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The treatment efficacy of infrared radiation combined with acupuncture for patients with lumbar disc herniation is exact, and can improve pain.
