外伤性颅内血肿清除术后整体护理研究

摘要

Abstract：Objective To explore the value of holistic nursing in treatment of patients with evacuation of traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods A total of 30 patients with evacuation of traumatic intracranial hematoma were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was given holistic nursing, while control group was given routine highquality nursing. Clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree before discharge were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate was 86.67% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was 93.33% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing for patients with evacuation of traumatic craniocerebral injury can improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction degree.
