Abstract:Objective To investigate effect of negative pressure suction in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods A total of 52 cases with thoracoscopic lobectomy from April to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into high negative pressure suction group and low negative pressure suction group according to negative pressure attraction degree. Experimental group with 22 cases used postoperative high negative pressure suction, water seal bottle fluctuated from -15~-20 cmH2O, and 30 cases of the control group applied low negative pressure suction, water seal bottle fluctuated from - 8~-12 cmH2O. Results Drainage amount after 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, and 5 days in the observation group was less than that of the control group, which showed a significant difference(P0.05). Indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time, and the temperature of the fourth postoperative day in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusio nHigh negative pressure suction can reduce the drainage amount, shorten postoperative drainage time and hospitalization time, and reduce patients′ economical burden.
