Abstract:Objective To analyze perioperative nursing of minimally invasive surgery reserved gallbladder polyps. Methods A total of 100 gallbladder polyps patients in our hospital were randomized into observation group and control group. Control group implemented perioperative routine care, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. Perioperative complication rate and overall satisfaction with care were compared. Results The overall complication rate was 4.00% (2/50) in the control group and was 28.00% (14/50) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Overall satisfaction rate was 98.00% (49/50) in the control group, and was 80.00% (40/50) Observation group, and the observation group was significantly higher (P0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for minimally invasive reserved gallbladder polyps patients has better clinical effect, it can reduce perioperative complications and nursing satisfaction.
