新生儿室潜在护理风险及防范措施

摘要

Abstract：Neonatology is a sub specialty of pediatrics that consists of the medical care of newborn infants. There are a wide variety of risk factors and defects in nursing care in neonate ward. This paper analyzed the potential nursing risk in four aspects including working environment, medical staff, nursing management system and nursing record writing. The poor compliance to hand-washing, non-standard management, weak legal consciousness and low quality of nursing record writing were main potential risk factors casing nursing adverse reactions. Hospital managers should improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff and enhance the enforcement of nursing management, in order to ensure the rights of both medical staffs and patients.
