Anti-fungal activity of fatty acids to Pithomyces chartarum (Berk. & Curt.) M. B. Ellis (A note)

摘要

Abstract Fatty acids in the volatile state and in alcoholic solutions and emulsions have shown anti-fungal activity to Pithomyces chartarum (Berk. & Curt.) M. B. Ellis in laboratory experiments. Spraying a mixture of C9-11 acids on to pastures caused a significant reduction in recorded number of spores in some field trials.
